I was getting obsessed with the news. I was constantly listening and watching and feeling fearful, so I decided to just turn it off one day to take a break. When I did, a stream of songs came pouring through me.
"Lose Control" is me talking to myself about not needing a barrage of news to freak me out every second, but about needing to love my neighbor. Needing to be kind.
